Viva ("we", "us") operates vivalife.app, a pre-launch waitlist for a membership giving access to hotel pools, gyms, beach clubs and spas across Dar es Salaam and Zanzibar. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Waitlist details you provide: your name, and an email address and/or phone number, plus your city of interest and membership interest.
- Usage data: basic analytics about how the site is used (pages viewed, device/browser type, approximate location), collected via cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
- To contact you about the Viva launch, founding-member offers, and related updates.
- To understand and improve how the site performs.
- To measure our advertising and reach people who may be interested.
Where it goes
Waitlist submissions are stored in a Google Sheet (Google LLC). We use analytics and advertising tools including the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, and may use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics. These providers process data on our behalf and may set cookies. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies & tracking
We use cookies and pixels for analytics and advertising measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and manage ad personalisation through Meta and Google account settings.
Retention
We keep waitlist information until launch and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask us to delete it.
